Workshop Outline

Most, if not all of us, have someone in life who impacted us deeply. Someone whose story we hope to honor and share with the world. Agnes, Singaporean actress-writer-producer, made her film, Living & Remembering (2025) as a tribute her late father who passed away last year. Through her journey of making the film, she discovered many others who lost a loved one and grieved silently. In this workshop, she aims to share about her experience in making such a personal film from conceptualization to planning and completing production. This is a workshop meant for first-time filmmakers or anyone who has a personal story to tell.

*Pre-workshop exercise: Watch Living & Remembering by Agnes in loving memory of her father. Analyze the central theme, the key message, and the things you like or not like about it.
