The theme of our competition draws inspiration from the paintings of Singapore River by Mr. Low Hai Hong.

Low Hai Hong 刘海宏


Low Hai Hong, a second-generation Nanyang artist from Singapore, is a highly esteemed figure among his peers, celebrated for his exceptional oil paintings. Uniquely, he is among the few artists in Singapore who utilizes oil on paper, having pioneered the technique of creating oil paintings on traditional Chinese rice paper.
