1. Short film entries can incorporate all production techniques and genres (fiction, documentary, animation, experimental or hybrid). No format restrictions.
2. Film with non-English dialogues whether fully or partially, must have English subtitles.
3. Films must pass IMDA film rating clearance for exhibition in public.
4. Filmmaker owns the film copyright but will allow event organizers (Techabler Holdings) for non-commercial screening.
5. For commercial screenings, a written consent must be obtained from the filmmaker.
6. The entrant is responsible for all necessary copyright clearances for material used in their submitted works, and shall fully indemnify the organizers and sponsors from any damages resulting from copyright infringement lawsuits from other parties.
7. Films that promotes violence, racial, religious or gender discrimination and/or contains explicit drug advertisement are disqualified from the competition.
